His beginnings in the kitchen started in 2004, when he worked as a kitchen attendant at the renowned Le Gourmet restaurant in Caracas to pay for his studies of journalism and social communication. During this experience he discovered that cooking was also a way to communicate with people through flavors.

Over the years he acquired a lot of experience, scents and flavors as a result of his experiences in Venezuela, Spain, United States, and now Panama, which has become his new professional challenge. Each of these experiences taught him a lesson which turned his focus to a modern, light and Caribbean kitchen, based on fish and seafood, where he is always trying to highlight the use of local products with the highest quality. Organic and always fresh.

For Raylei, the kitchen is more than a simple mixture of ingredients. It is the result of a labor of love, passion and certainly a lot of creativity and perseverance. These are features that characterized him and through the dedication that he teaches to his  team in order to transform each dish into a sensory experience through which bringing a message of joy to his guests.
